Full-time, shift-based including weekends, bank holidays and sleep-ins


Hourly Rate:

Dependant on experience


Number of Sleeps Required:

As per rota


Pay Per Sleep:

55 per sleep

YPs with EBD and Trauma


Qualifications Required:

Level 3 or 4 in Children & Young People or Residential Childcare (or equivalent). Must be willing to work towards Level 5 in Leadership and Management.


Experience in Years Required:

Minimum 12 months in a Children's Residential setting

Essential Requirements:



Level 3 or 4 in Residential Childcare / CYP Willing to work towards Level 5 in Leadership & Management Minimum 12 months in a Children's Residential Home Knowledge of Children's Home Regulations, Quality Standards & Safeguarding Full UK Driving Licence Ability to work shifts including sleep-ins

Desirable:



Level 5 in Leadership & Management Relevant degree (e.g. Social Work, Psychology) Previous experience managing or supervising teams Sports/activity qualification

You only hold a Level 3 in Health & Social Care (this is not deemed equivalent)


Your experience is solely within HealthCare, NHS, CQC, or Nursery settings
