Music Hall Dundee is seeking an experienced, motivated, and hands-on Venue Manager to join our team. This is an exciting opportunity to take the lead in one of Dundee's most dynamic live event spaces.

As Venue Manager, you'll oversee all aspects of venue operations from managing events and coordinating with artists and promoters, to ensuring the smooth day-to-day running of the venue. You'll be passionate about live entertainment, thrive in a fast-paced environment, and lead by example. The role is currently part time and flexible with expansion to be full time later.

Key Responsibilities:

- Oversee the planning, setup, and delivery of all events within the venue.

- Manage staff scheduling, event logistics, and on-site operations.

- Ensure excellent customer experience at every event.

- Maintain health & safety standards and licensing compliance.

- Work closely with promoters, artists, and production teams.

- Support financial reporting, including profit & loss tracking and budgeting.

- Foster a positive team culture and motivate staff to deliver outstanding service.

About You:

- Previous management experience in a live events, hospitality, or entertainment environment is a bonus but a strong work ethic and willingness to learn also accepted!

- Strong organisational and time management skills.

- Confident managing budgets and financial performance.

- Excellent communicator and problem-solver.

- Not afraid to get stuck in and lead from the front.
