We are looking for a friendly and dedicated receptionist to join our team at Selworthy Vets. This is a part-time role, working 2 days per week, providing exceptional service to our clients and supporting the practice with insurance claim processing.

About the Role:

You will be:

Welcoming clients and handling front-of-house duties Managing phone and email enquiries Booking appointments and processing payments Completing and managing insurance claim forms Supporting the team in delivering a positive experience for every client
About You:

We're looking for someone who is:

Passionate about animals and providing outstanding customer care Organised and confident working in a busy, client-facing role Ideally experienced as a veterinary receptionist (but not essential) Background in animal care across small animal, farm, or equine sectors is beneficial - though the role will mainly focus on small animals Comfortable using computer systems and learning new software
Full training will be provided, including membership to the British Veterinary Receptionist Association (BVRA).
