We're looking for a
Creative & Marketing Intern
to join our team at
Who's Listening
-- a straight-talking digital marketing agency based in the North East. We work with businesses across the UK on social media, video production, branding, websites, and paid advertising -- and we're looking for someone who's hungry to learn the ropes of agency life.
This is a part-time, paid internship that's perfect for a
creative student, recent graduate, or aspiring content creator
who wants real-world experience in marketing and content production.
What You'll Be Doing
You'll be supporting the Who's Listening team across all areas of social media and content creation. Typical tasks include:
Attending client content shoots and supporting on set
Creating and editing videos, photos, and graphics for social media
Colour grading footage and photos to a professional standard
Writing captions and scheduling posts across multiple platforms
Coming up with creative content ideas for different clients
Supporting wider marketing campaigns and day-to-day agency projects
What We're Looking For
You'll need to bring creativity, energy, and a solid foundation in the tools of the trade. You should be:
Confident editing video in
Adobe Premiere Pro
and/or
After Effects
(this is essential)
Comfortable colour grading videos and photos
Familiar with
Photoshop
and
Illustrator
(InDesign would be a bonus)
Able to use a
camera
confidently to capture photos and short videos
Knowledgeable about
social media platforms
- especially Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, and LinkedIn
A strong communicator with good written English
Organised, reliable, and proactive with your workload
Based in the
North East
and available for a minimum of
15 hours per week
