Overview
We are seeking an Office Administrator to join our team in managing the day-to-day administrative tasks of our office. The ideal candidate will be highly organised, possess excellent clerical skills, and have a strong proficiency in computerised systems. You will be responsible for providing administrative support to our legal advisor and staff, ensuring the smooth running of the office.
Responsibilites:
Managing daily office operations.
Preparing necessary documents as required.
Preparing and storing documents, reports, and correspondence.
Managing and maintaining post-sales customer data.
Handling information with a high level of confidentiality and professionalism.
Requirements:
Proficiency in English and Vietnamese.
Previous experience in office administration is preferred; full training will be provided for new staff.
Good communication skills with team members and clients.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
High attention to detail, accuracy, and organisational skills.
A proactive and positive attitude. Continuously improve through feedback
