About Us

Tell My Truth and Shame the Devil C.I.C. is a podcasting, media, training, and healing-to-

entrepreneurship enterprise. Our mission is to confront and dismantle the ongoing pandemic

of childhood sexual abuse (CSA) within the Black British and Caribbean community. We

create safe spaces for truth-telling, healing, and transformation, while empowering survivors

to reclaim their voices and futures through media, education, and entrepreneurship.

In a digital world, face-to-face community connection is still one of the most powerful ways

to spread awareness. As a

Volunteer Flyer Distributor

, you'll be on the frontlines of our

outreach--putting our message directly into the hands of the community. Your role is vital

because visibility builds trust, and every flyer you distribute could be the lifeline that

connects someone to healing, hope, or help.

Key Responsibilities

Distribute flyers in high-footfall areas such as community centres, libraries, markets,
and local events.

Ensure flyers are placed in visible and appropriate spaces (cafes, barbershops, salons,
shops).

Represent the CIC positively when engaging with the public. Report back on areas covered and community responses. Support promotional events and campaign launches with in-person outreach.

Skills & Qualities Needed

Confidence and comfort interacting with the public. Good communication skills with a respectful and professional manner. Reliable, punctual, and able to commit to outreach schedules. Passion for community impact and supporting our mission. A friendly, approachable attitude with the ability to represent our CIC well.

Ad Hoc Duties

Under certain circumstances, you may be asked to assist with other outreach or events outside

of flyer distribution. Flexibility ensures we work together effectively in meeting community

needs.
