About Us

Tell My Truth and Shame the Devil C.I.C. is a podcasting, media, training, and healing-to-entrepreneurship enterprise. Our mission is to confront and dismantle the ongoing pandemic of childhood sexual abuse (CSA) within the Black British and Caribbean community by creating safe spaces to tell our stories, heal collectively, and transform pain into power. Through media, education, and entrepreneurship, we aim to build stronger futures rooted in truth and resilience.

Volunteer Graphic Designer

, you will give life to our movement through bold and meaningful design. Whether it's social media content, flyers, or branding elements, your creativity will ensure our campaigns catch eyes, hearts, and minds. This role is vital because powerful design can amplify voices that have long been silenced.

Key Responsibilities

Design engaging graphics for social media, podcasts, newsletters, and campaigns. Develop branded materials (logos, brochures, flyers, and presentations). Support the creation of marketing campaigns with visual storytelling. Collaborate with the media and podcast teams to produce cohesive designs. Maintain a consistent visual identity across all platforms.

Skills & Qualities Needed

Creativity with a strong eye for design and storytelling. Proficiency in design software (e.g., Canva, Photoshop, Illustrator, or similar). Ability to translate sensitive and powerful messages into impactful visuals. Strong communication and teamwork skills. Passion for social justice and community healing.

Ad Hoc Duties

Under certain circumstances, you may be asked to fulfil other duties outside of this role to support the CIC's mission. This flexibility ensures we work together effectively as a team when unexpected needs arise.
