Job Summary

We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Waiter/Wine Waiter to join a dynamic team in a Private members Club in Mayfair, London. The ideal candidate will have a passion for hospitality and a commitment to providing exceptional guest services. As a Waiter/Wine Waiter, you will play a crucial role in creating memorable dining experiences by delivering high-quality service, ensuring food safety, and effectively managing time during busy shifts.

Responsibilities

Greet and welcome guests in a friendly and professional manner. Take accurate food and beverage orders while providing recommendations and upselling menu items. Serve food and drinks promptly, ensuring that all orders are delivered accurately. Monitor tables to ensure guest satisfaction and address any concerns promptly. Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the dining area, including resetting tables for new guests. Adhere to food safety guidelines during food preparation and serving. Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely delivery of meals and communicate any special requests or dietary restrictions.

Experience

Previous experience in a restaurant or hospitality setting is essential. Familiarity with serving techniques, food preparation, and kitchen operations is advantageous. Strong time management skills to handle multiple tasks efficiently during peak hours. Excellent communication skills with a focus on guest services and satisfaction. Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Temp to perm, Zero hours contract
Contract length: 3 months

Pay: 13.00-14.50 per hour

Expected hours: 35 - 40 per week
