Job Summary

We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Server to join our team in providing exceptional dining experiences for our guests. As a Server, you will play an integral role in ensuring that our customers enjoy their meals in a welcoming and efficient environment.

Duties

Greet and seat guests promptly, presenting menus and providing information about daily specials. Take food and drink orders accurately, ensuring that all requests are communicated clearly to the kitchen staff. Serve food and beverages in a timely manner while maintaining high standards of presentation and hygiene. Monitor guest satisfaction throughout their meal, addressing any concerns or requests promptly. Ensure compliance with food safety regulations during food preparation and service. Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the dining area, including tables, utensils, and condiments. Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure efficient service flow and timely delivery of orders.

Requirements

Previous restaurant experience is preferred, with a strong understanding of hospitality principles. Familiarity with food safety practices and culinary techniques is advantageous. Excellent time management skills to handle multiple tables efficiently during busy periods. Strong communication skills to interact effectively with guests and team members. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail. A positive attitude with a willingness to learn about menu items and up selling techniques. Experience in serving or kitchen roles is beneficial but not essential; training will be provided. Pay: 12.41 per hour

Expected hours: 30 - 48 per week
