Job Overview

As a Server, you will play a crucial role in delivering exceptional dining experiences to our guests. Your primary responsibility will be to provide attentive and efficient service, ensuring that each guest feels welcomed and valued. You will be the face of our restaurant, taking orders, serving food and beverages, and assisting with any guest inquiries. Your ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining a positive attitude is essential for success in this role.

Responsibilities

Greet and seat guests in a friendly and professional manner. Take accurate food and drink orders, ensuring all dietary requirements are noted. Serve food and beverages promptly, ensuring presentation meets our standards. Upsell menu items to enhance the dining experience and increase sales. Monitor tables for guest satisfaction, responding promptly to requests or concerns. Maintain cleanliness of the dining area, including tables, chairs, and service stations. Assist with food preparation as needed, adhering to food safety guidelines. Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely delivery of orders. Process payments accurately and efficiently at the end of each meal.

Skills

Strong hospitality skills with a passion for guest services. Previous restaurant experience preferred, particularly in a serving role. Knowledge of food safety practices and proper handling techniques. Basic math skills for handling transactions and processing payments. Experience in kitchen or culinary settings is an advantage. Excellent time management skills to handle multiple tables efficiently. Ability to upsell menu items effectively while maintaining guest satisfaction. Pay: 11.50-12.30 per hour
