, we are a distributor of bathroom products, committed to delivering excellence across England. With a strong focus on quality and customer satisfaction, we are expanding our team and looking for a dedicated and detail-oriented warehouse administrator to join us.
Key Responsibilities:
Coordinate the despatch of goods with couriers and carriers
Communicate with the warehouse team to prepare products for shipment
Print and apply product and shipping labels accurately
Maintain and update stock and warehouse records, including batch codes and stock movements, using our CRM system
Ensure traceability of stock by tracking batch numbers
Support warehouse operations with basic tasks such as packing and stock checks (approx. 25% of the role)
Collaborate with production and shipping teams to manage stock flow efficiently
Prepare and print run sheets for next-day van loads
Organise and despatch all outgoing deliveries
Maintain cleanliness and orderliness in your work area and shared spaces
What We're Looking For:
Excellent organisational skills and strong attention to detail
Willingness to assist with light warehouse duties when needed
Dependable, punctual, and a strong team player
Clear communicator with the ability to follow set processes and procedures
Previous experience in an administrative or warehouse environment is an advantage
