From our Operations Centre in Crawley, West Sussex, Eversys UK Ltd (a subsidiary of Eversys Switzerland), we directly employ a highly skilled team of Field Service Engineers who travel throughout the country to provide maintenance services to our Coffee Machine Customers. We also operate a Customer Service Centre covering both the UK and Ireland, Service Module Remanufacturing Facility with Logistics Support and Warehousing using our team of skilled Operatives based out of our Crawley Site.

We are currently advertising for 1 x Warehouse and Spares Operative position to meet continued growing demand.

As Warehouse and Spares Operative, you will play a key role in Stock control, the dispatch of goods, daily logistics operations, the goods in/out process and ensuring timely and accurate delivery of products and equipment to our internal engineering teams and external partners. This role involves working closely with engineers, suppliers, and 3rd party logistics providers to maintain efficient scheduling, tracking, and execution of deliveries, as well as handling any operational issues that may arise.

Responsibilities

Picking, packing, and preparing orders for dispatch for Internal and External teams Loading and unloading deliveries of parts and Machinery Completing paperwork and keeping digital records to high standard Packing and Palletizing Preventative maintenance stock transfers Stock rotation, inventory checks, and maintaining organised storage areas Assisting with quarterly stocktakes and stock control procedures Creating Labels and packing documents, use of 3rd party logistics software and applications A high level of detail and accuracy is needed for this role Operating warehouse equipment (training provided) Ensuring a clean, safe, and efficient working environment Always following health & safety guidelines Any other task(s) or responsibilities requested due to the requirements of the business.

Requirements

Previous experience in a warehouse environment is preferred but not essential; training will be provided. Knowledge of forklift operation is highly desirable; valid certification is advantageous. Familiarity with warehouse management systems is a plus. Mechanical knowledge or experience with construction tools is beneficial. Ability to perform heavy lifting safely and efficiently throughout the shift. Strong organisational skills with attention to detail in stock management and documentation. Good physical fitness to stand for extended periods and handle manual tasks comfortably. Basic understanding of shipping & receiving procedures and materials handling processes. Days & Hours: Monday to Friday, 08:00 - 17:00.
