Job Description

We are seeking a proactive and highly organised Warehouse Manager to oversee all warehouse operations. You will play a critical role in ensuring the smooth and efficient handling of our technical equipment, working closely with project managers to ensure all required kit is prepared, maintained, and delivered on time. This role requires a keen eye for detail, strong leadership skills, and a solid understanding of logistics and inventory management.

Salary: 40,000 - 45,000 per annum, depending on experience

Key Responsibilities



Manage all warehouse operations, ensuring the effective receipt, storage, maintenance, and dispatch of technical equipment. Lead and develop the warehouse team, ensuring AV techs are trained, motivated, and working efficiently. Work closely with Project Managers to ensure all required kit is available, in working order, and delivered to the correct location on schedule. Develop and maintain an organised and efficient inventory system, ensuring accurate tracking and reporting. Oversee the packing, loading, and transportation of equipment, ensuring compliance with health and safety reg ulations. Conduct regular stock checks and audits to minimise loss and damage. Manage supplier relationships for warehouse-related procurement, including consumables and equipment ser vicing. Ensure the warehouse is maintained in a clean, safe, and operational condition at all times. Monitor and optimise logistics processes to improve efficiency and reduce costs, including effecting delivery and collections where necessary. Being proactive with other general tasks around the business premises - office tidiness / kitchen cleanliness, and anything else to aid your colleagues in the warehouse or office Maintaining a safe and healthy working relationship with your colleagues by offering assistance when requested, answering queries relating to a particular task or action, and suggesting solutions and information to those in doubt Monitoring of Health & Safety and safe working practices throughout the business premises, and anywhere on site for which we as a company are responsible for any activities Suggest and / or attend training which will expand and improve your skill set Any other task or reasonable request requiring your involvement

Skills & Experience



Forklift license required.

Proven experience in warehouse management, preferably within the entertainment technology, events, or audi ovisual industry.

Strong understanding of inventory management and logistics processes. Ability to work collaboratively with Project Managers / Fleet Manager and other stakeholders to meet project deadlines. Experience handling and managing technical equipment is highly desirable. Excellent organisational and problem-solving skills.

Strong leadership and team management capabilities.

Knowledge of health and safety regulations related to warehouse operations. IT proficiency, including experience with inventory management software.

Pay: 40,000.00-45,000.00 per year
