Job Summary

We are looking for a motivated and experienced

Warehouse Manager

to take full responsibility for managing the day-to-day operations of our warehouse. This is a full-time, self-employed role ideal for someone who thrives in a hands-on, fast-paced environment and wants to take ownership of their work.

Key Responsibilities

Manage all warehouse operations including receiving, picking, packing, and dispatching goods Oversee stock control and inventory management Ensure compliance with Health & Safety and ISO 9001 standards Lead and supervise warehouse staff Conduct quality checks on outgoing orders Coordinate with installation teams to prepare and provide necessary tools and materials Operate a forklift as needed Maintain accurate records using warehouse management systems

Requirements

Previous experience managing a warehouse is essential Knowledge of picking, packing, exporting, and stock management Familiarity with ISO 9001 procedures and health & safety protocols Strong leadership and team management skills Excellent organisation, communication, and IT skills Ability to work independently and use own initiative Valid forklift licence Willingness to work overtime and weekends when required
