Job Title: Staff Management and Operations Manager - Heywood Operations

Location: Heywood, United Kingdom

We are actively seeking a results-driven Staff Management and Operations Manager to lead our Heywood operations. This role requires someone with exceptional leadership skills, a strategic mindset, and the ability to cultivate a high-performing team. You must have atleast 5 years management experience of atealst 30 staff

Key Responsibilities:

1. Leadership and Team Development:

- Provide strong leadership and guidance to the Heywood team, fostering a positive and collaborative work environment.

- Implement strategies for team development, training, and performance improvement.

2. Operational Oversight:

- Direct day-to-day operations in Heywood, ensuring seamless coordination and efficient workflow.

- Develop and implement operational procedures to enhance productivity and service quality.

3. Staff Engagement:

- Promote a culture of engagement, accountability, and continuous improvement.

- Conduct regular team meetings, performance reviews, and provide constructive feedback.

4. Client Relationship Management:

- Collaborate with clients to understand their needs and expectations.

- Address client concerns and proactively seek opportunities to enhance client satisfaction.

5. Financial and Resource Management:

- Staffing levels to meet operational requirements.

- Identify cost-saving opportunities and implement efficient resource allocation.

- Recruit new staff and interviewing them

Qualifications and Experience:

- Proven experience in a managerial role with a focus on staff management.

- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build and maintain positive working relationships.

- Demonstrated success in team development and performance improvement.

- Familiarity with Heywood and the ability to navigate and address local challenges.

- Must possess a valid driving license and have access to a personal vehicle.

Salary:

Competitive salary commensurate with experience. Salary on demand.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: 30,000.00-35,000.00 per year
