As Warehouse Manager at Curaleaf Laboratories, you will oversee the accurate picking, checking, and processing of pharmaceutical products, and ensure all targets are met by your team.


Curaleaf Laboratories is quickly going from strength to strength, so although we do have an established warehouse, we have reached a stage where we will soon outgrow this and are therefore in the process of creating a new space. This is the perfect time to join us, as you will get a say in how your new warehouse is designed, not only give you a rare opportunity to make a visible impact early in your Curaleaf career, but also allowing you to work in a fresh environment primed for best practice.


Duties will include, but not be limited to:

Managing all activities in the warehouse, including general site maintenance, goods-in, dispatch, and stock control. Leading a team of 7, including daily activities, adherence to individual and company targets, and ongoing training needs. Providing detailed reports to Senior Leadership and Director levels. Maintaining detailed and accurate records, logging all necessary information in relevant folders and in house computer systems. Checking deliveries for damaged or missing items and ensuring that all received goods are stored in the correct locations safely. This includes controlled drugs, flammable materials, and temperature sensitive items. Ensuring processed orders are dispatched according to all necessary requirements and handed over to couriers correctly. Performing routine and spot stock control takes. Building excellent working relationships both externally and internally. Maintaining an environment of continuous improvement to always ensure highest quality and standards, including raising any suggestions, incidents, or concerns to your line manager, and encouraging your team to do the same.

At such a crucial time in our journey, we're looking for an innovative Warehouse Manager who has a real passion for best practice. You must be adaptable and solutions-focused, with a hands-on approach to leading, willing to get involved in any part of the process needed to deliver on target.


It is essential you:

Communicate across the business and externally effectively Hold and maintain a clean driving licence in order to drive the company van Maintain excellent accuracy and attention to detail in all situations Prioritise and manage both your own and your teams time well Possess a good standard of numeracy, literacy, and IT skills to manage stock and paperwork correctly Demonstrate initiative and are not afraid to contribute new ideas

Due to the physical nature of this role, you must be able and willing to partake in manual handling in a warehouse environment on a daily basis.
