Duties
Oversee the daily operations of the website, ensuring content is up-to-date and accurate.
Perform regular website maintenance, including troubleshooting issues and implementing updates.
Manage data entry tasks, ensuring information is correctly inputted into the system.
Utilise Microsoft Office and Google Workspace for documentation, reporting, and communication purposes.
Assist with administrative duties such as filing, typing, and clerical tasks to support the overall office function.
Maintain effective phone etiquette while responding to inquiries related to the website.
Collaborate with team members to enhance website functionality and user experience.
Experience
Proven office experience with a focus on administrative tasks.
Strong computer skills with proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and Google Workspace applications.
Excellent organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
Experience in clerical roles that involve data entry and typing is preferred.
