Job Description
We are a well-established women's fashion retailer with both online and physical stores. We pride ourselves on great service and quality clothing for women over 45. Our online store is growing, We are looking for a reliable, organised, and hands-on team member to join our office full-time. This role is key to ensuring our online customers receive their orders quickly, accurately, and in excellent condition.
Key Responsibilities:
Print online customer orders daily Pick items from the warehouse based on orders Check and match items against the order list for accuracy Pack orders carefully for dispatch Re-organise any missing items to be fulfilled from one of our retail stores Maintain a tidy and organised packing area
What We're Looking For:
Good attention to detail and accuracy Strong organisational skills Ability to work independently and as part of a team Comfortable with basic computer tasks (printing orders, checking stock, etc.) Reliability and punctuality
