Wedding Coordinator
to join us.
About the Role
As a Wedding Coordinator, you'll be the main point of contact for couples as they plan their big day and throughout their stay. You'll also play a key role in showcasing Town Head Estate to new couples, helping us grow our business through sales and marketing activity. This is a varied and rewarding role where you'll work closely with our small, dedicated team to ensure every detail runs seamlessly.
Key Responsibilities
Assisting with sales activity, including handling enquiries and converting bookings
Meeting with prospective couples, showing them around the venue, and answering questions
Guiding couples through the planning process, supporting with logistics and event details
Coordinating suppliers, schedules, and venue set-up
Welcoming and looking after guests during their stay, ensuring they feel at home
Overseeing the smooth running of weddings from start to finish
Assisting with venue turnaround and preparation between events
Supporting and attending estate events such as open days, workshops, and private gatherings
Assisting with marketing, such as content for social media, blog posts and open events
What We're Looking For
Previous experience in weddings, events, or hospitality (essential)
Confidence in a client-facing sales role, with excellent communication skills
Strong organisational and multitasking abilities
A calm, professional manner under pressure
A smart, polished appearance with exceptional attention to detail
Flexibility to work weekends, evenings, and long shifts during busy periods
A full, clean driving licence (our location is not suited to public transport)
