Working Foreman Required for Prime Residential Refurbishment in W2

Pay- Competitive rate, DOE

You'll be working on some of the most beautiful and exciting properties in London.

Ideally with Carpentry / Joinery background, with good understanding of MEP packages from 1st fix through to completion. Structural Carcassing and Framework to Residential Properties also beneficial. The ideal candidate should have a hands-on approach to successfully managing sites.

Projects range from 150k - 2m+

CSCS Card Required. Individual must have previous work examples and references are essential, minimum 5 years experience on prime residential refurbishments. Candidates applying without this experience will not be considered
