Workshop Logistics Coordinator

Job Description

We have a fantastic opportunity for a part-time Workshop Logistics Coordinator to support the whole 4i team, based in Eltham but predominantly working on-site with national travel to support workshop delivery. This position could become full-time and currently requires 3-4 days per week depending on candidate availability. Working days ideally Tuesday-Thursday. Main Responsibilities:

Plan, coordinate, and support delivery of workshops and events across locations or online platforms Provide key administrative support for daily operations Support report writing, documentation, and manage workshop photos and stakeholder communications Collaborate with colleagues to resolve logistical issues and improve workshop experiences Work with the marketing team on strategic promotion of services Schedule and organise events, liaise with venues and suppliers, and arrange travel and accommodation as needed Communicate with attendees, maintain records and RSVPs, and prepare all workshop materials Provide on-site or virtual event support and troubleshoot issues Gather service user feedback for continuous workshop improvement Ensure compliance with internal policies, GDPR, and industry standards


Requirements:

Experience in logistics, event/workshop coordination, and administration Strong organisational, communication, and time management skills Proficient in Microsoft Office, Teams, Zoom, Slido, PowerPoint, Canva and other collaboration tools Ability to analyse data and produce high-level reports Soft sales experience is a plus Experience with AI or other technology to drive efficiency and improve service user experience is desirable Capacity to work independently and within teams on multiple projects Driving licence and car access preferred due to equipment transport needs Passionate about solving problems and executing big ideas that can create a competitive edge
