Summary
'Support Worker' roles based in the Stockton, Hartlepool, Darlington and Middlesbrough areas involve providing essential care and support to individuals in their own homes and in the community. This position plays a vital role in helping our clients maintain independence and well-being, and preparing the younger clients for adult life, aligning with our mission to deliver compassionate care and support.
Responsibilities

Assist clients with daily activities such as personal hygiene, shopping, social interaction, financial commitments, domestic tasks and general daily living
Administer medication and monitor health conditions as required.
Maintain accurate records of care and support provided.
Collaborate with healthcare professionals and family members to ensure comprehensive support.
Promote a safe and comfortable environment for all clients.
Support clients in engaging in social activities and community outings.
Follow all health and safety guidelines to uphold high standards of care
Full time or part time hours available - flexible shifts to suit the applicants availability, these involve days, nights, weekends, 12/24 hour shifts, bank holidays and sleep overs - 1:1 or 2:1 support is required 24 hours/7 days per week
Hourly pay rate 12.82 per hour
Experience in Mental Health and Challenging Behaviour preferred however full training will be given. Candidates to hold an NVQ Level 2 or be willing to work towards.
