Restaurant Manager
Duties:
- Oversee daily operations of the restaurant, including managing staff, ensuring customer satisfaction, and maintaining quality standards.
- Coordinate and supervise all aspects of food production, including menu planning, inventory management, and kitchen operations.
- Train and develop staff members to ensure excellent customer service and efficient operations.
- Monitor and enforce health and safety regulations to maintain a clean and safe environment.
- Handle customer complaints and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner.
- Collaborate with the kitchen team to create new menu items and specials.
- Manage budgets, control costs, and maximize profitability.
- Conduct regular meetings with staff to communicate goals, expectations, and updates.
Experience:
- Previous experience in a restaurant management role is required.
- Strong knowledge of food production processes, kitchen operations, and health and safety regulations.
- Excellent leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
- Exceptional customer service skills with a focus on providing an outstanding dining experience.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and the ability to make quick decisions under pressure.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Proficient in computer software applications related to restaurant management.
